Tell us what the computer is doing

You do not need to diagnose it yourself. Describe what you see, when it started, and anything that happened immediately before the problem began.

Diagnostics are always free, and you won't pay anything upfront for standard repairs.

Custom computer builds are the exception because parts and build costs may need to be paid before the build begins.

If you send a message and do not hear back within one business day, please call 402-505-6600. Sometimes electronic messages do not make it to the desk.

Before you come in

What should you bring?

  • The computer or device with the problem.
  • The charger or power adapter when the issue involves charging, battery life, power, or intermittent shutdowns.
  • A short symptom note if the problem is intermittent or difficult to reproduce.
  • Login information only when needed for testing. If you prefer not to provide a password, ask us about another testing arrangement.
  • Important accessories only if they may be part of the problem, such as a dock, external drive, or specialty cable.
Not sure what is wrong?

That is exactly what the free diagnostic is for.

Bring it in. We will diagnose the problem and explain the options before you decide what to do.
